##Capture Antibody: ##0.5 mg/ml of mouse anti-F11R monoclonal antibody. Dilute to a working concentration of 2 µg/ml in CBS before coating.
##Detection Antibody: ##Each vial contains 120µg biotinylated rabbit anti-F11R polyclonal antibody. Reconstitute with sterile 1ml distilled water. Dilute to a working concentration of 1.0µg/ml in detection antibody dilution buffer before use.
##Standard: ##Each vial contains 14ng of recombinant F11R. Reconstitute with 1 ml detection antibody dilution buffer. After reconstitution, store at -20°Cto -70°Cin a manual defrost freezer. A seven-point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in sample dilution buffer, and a high standard of 312.5 pg/ml is recommended.
